If you are looking for a brain-dead simple disk cleaning application, Disk Tidy Up is exactly what you need. Disk Tidy Up has three file wiping modes – fast wipe, solid wipe and government wipe (done to Department of Defense 5220.22-M specifications). Conveniently, Disk Tidy Up can locate and delete temporary files left off by third party applications, like log files (.log) or Temporary Windows configuration files (*.pca) and much more. You can add other extensions for temporary files you’d like to get rid of, and Disk Tidy Up will dump them for you.
